Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PickleCS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators and team members.

PickleCS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PickleCS is an AI-powered Customer Success platform designed for B2B SaaS teams. The Service provides tools for account management, health scoring, renewal tracking, meeting preparation, email drafting, and integrations with third-party services including Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, WhatsApp, and Day.ai CRM.

The Service includes an AI agent ("Pickle Agent") that can perform tasks such as drafting communications, generating meeting agendas, calculating health scores, and surfacing insights from your customer data.

To use PickleCS, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each workspace may have one or more administrators who manage team members, integrations, and workspace settings. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by PickleCS, is owned by PickleCS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using PickleCS, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, including AI-powered features.

The Service allows you to connect third-party services such as Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, WhatsApp, and Day.ai CRM. When you enable an integration, you authorize PickleCS to access and process data from those services in accordance with the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.

PickleCS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is also governed by the respective terms and policies of those services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you enter into PickleCS complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable.

The Pickle Agent generates content such as email drafts, meeting agendas, and insights using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent or used externally.

PickleCS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PickleCS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickleCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PickleCS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
